Our Journey
Honoring a Teacher’s Legacy
The Ahuntem Foundation began as a dream in 2008 to honor Obosumfo Kwame Ahia, a remarkable teacher whose wisdom and guidance deeply shaped my life. As one of his last trainees, I sought to create a lasting tribute to his legacy and works.
Personal challenges delayed this vision until 2018, when life’s circumstances gave me the opportunity to rediscover this mission. Spending time in Ghana, I connected with the Dream Seed Academy and the communities of Kpone Bawaleshie and Nganoman. Inspired by their resilience and potential, the foundation was officially born.
Today, the Ahuntem Foundation stands as a testament to perseverance, community, and the transformative power of education, culture, and spirituality.
